Commission Terms, Rules, and Expectations

INSTRUCTIONSItems in bold are for not only emphasis, but TL;DR purposes.Please DM me wherever is most convenient for you before you purchase, so we may discuss, as I may not be open to depict certain subject matter, which will be discussed soon. Twitter is best for me, and will often result in the quickest response.For most works, I'll require references for the character or characters you'd like me to draw, unless you're having me create your character's reference. This will require more work and communication than a commission that already has reference, so will incur additional costs.If you're looking for a comic or sequence, it's priced per image. When you DM and discuss with me, we will figure out the number of images/panels and will potentially require multiple pages to be created. After all, you may end up paying more than you expected if you jump the gun. This is not now, nor will it ever be acceptable. Do not ask. You will be immediately blacklisted.Remember, while you have purchased the image from me, you do not own the copyright on it. Yet again, you're not buying NFTs here.REFUND POLICYThe only instance where I'd be incapable of fulfilling my end of the deal and would need to offer a refund would be if something terrible happened. In that event, I'd see to your refund at my earliest possible convenience. However, once the deal is struck, I will make absolutely certain that the commissioner is satisfied, even if I must return to the drawing board to fix some mistakes. I'm willing to work with my commissioners to make sure their specifications are completely met. Once the piece is finished, there would be no circumstances where I would allow refunds.COMMISSIONER CONDUCTDo not rush me. Stress makes my art worse. Commissions are typically a priority, but I am a busy person as well, so please be patient with me.
Do not try to convince me to work around my established rules. This is your first warning, and you will only get two. If you continue, no deal will be struck, and you may be blocked.
If you are unsatisfied, I will try my best to rectify whatever mistakes I may have made, or whatever details I've forgotten. Do NOT abuse this though. People have. This is why the initial deal is important. Let me know EXACTLY what you're wanting FIRST.I MIGHT NOT DRAW THAT.Some things, I do not currently specialize in, and might not be alright with drawing. Do ask first, but be mindful that these might not be within my wheelhouse. These things include, but are not limited to:

-MachinesNO. I WILL NOT DRAW THAT.I'm a very open person, and I'm willing to draw a lot of things. However, there are things that I would prefer not to draw. I have my reasons.A good rule of thumb is the more detached from reality, the more comfortable I will be drawing it.
However, do not try to convince me to draw any of the following:-Realistic depictions of gore and/or death, as well as any graphic/realistic depictions of violence or dismemberment.
( "Candy gore" or "Detachable parts" are fine, as long as the character is clearly unharmed. )
( "Body horror" walks a line. I'm not averse to depicting horror related imagery, but it needs to be specified, and unrealistic. )-Bodily filth and/or bodily wastes. This includes flatulence.-Sexually explicit/fetishized underaged characters.-Sexual content that is explicitly non-consensual.
( Characters that are incapable of expressing consent will be considered non-consenting. Context must be provided and emphasized to prevent any uncomfortable implications, especially when it comes to NSFW commissions. )-Anything promoting or glorifying hate, bigotry, or terrorism.
Generally anything intended to shock or cause harm.-Diapers, clean or otherwise. No diapers.-Re-draws, traces, or generally anything intended to steal art, characters, or designs from another artist.This list is not the only things I will refuse to draw, but I will be open if I'm not comfortable with what you're looking to commission. NO. MEANS. NO.One last thing...I am currently only taking commissions for 2D illustrations, but in the future I will be expanding to 3D commissions and music commissions.
I'm learning Blender and Unity, and know how to make some music. However, I'm still too new at these to really even think about selling them on commission, and I would have know idea what to charge. Once I've figured that out, and know more, I may add them to the page!

Pricing

2D illustration commissions are priced by detail level. Meaning the more detailed you'd like to have your commission, the more it will cost. Images/panels are priced in reference to several criteria.

What is considered NSFW may be vague, but I will say, anything involving clearly sexual content or explicit nudity. Genitalia, bare and detailed breasts, anuses, that kind of thing. "Kink" content may not be NSFW, even if the image may be at home on an after dark page. For example... Vore, I would not consider NSFW, unless it involves sexual content or explicit nudity.VariationsVariations that include alterations to lineart will be priced as an additional pose."Create My Character" ( Priced per commission )This option is for a new character reference for a character with nothing to work from. I will have to keep in close contact with the commissioner to make certain I'm creating the character correctly. This reference will include a full front facing body pose and a profile bust to start with.
More may be added to the commission if desired.Base cost $50NOTE ABOUT REFERENCE COMMISSIONS:
If you commission a reference, the poses will be BASIC, such as an A-Pose or T-Pose. Anything else will not be considered a "character reference", but a solo character image. This is just semantics, however, since some artists may need a "proper" reference. Please understand what you're asking for.These prices will be given examples on the following page! So please do check "Examples" if you don't know what to expect, or what your money can get!

This piece was created for an art contest, and is admitedly significantly darker than the vast majority of my work.
There are technically 7 poses in this image. 1 Full body and 6 busts. The background is complex. The effects are complex. This is NOT an NSFW piece or a new character reference.This piece, if charged for, would be approximately $215

This image was created specifically for the Blight Vondrake Carrd. This image includes a single, full body pose, a detailed background, and simple effects.This piece, if charged for, would be approximately $80

This image was created for a raffle winner last year for Frida Soleil on twitter. It's a bust with a simple background and no other effects or NSFW content of a character that had plenty of reference.This piece, won in a raffle, would be approximately $15

This is a reference made for a friend of mine, who needed his fursona created. Since there have been no additions to this, like turning the profile into a full pose, or any kind of background, or making it an NSFW reference,this piece would be approximately $50
